Werner Martin is a passionate hunter and loyal to the classical French cuisine.
 
His specialties are tender meat dishes, poultry, pheasants, partridges, venison and wild boars from our own hunting grounds. His career led him to famous places like the St Moritz Palace, the Dorchester in London, the Maxim in Paris, the Schweizerhof in Bern and the Kronenhof in Pontresina.
